Fees & Funding

• The term after your child turns 3, they are eligible for up to 5 free sessions.
• If you are on a means tested benefit, then your child might be eligible for funding for up to 3 sessions from the term they start.  To claim funding, we will need to see the original birth certificates and your benefits book or letter. 
• Otherwise, fees are currently £9 per morning and £9 per afternoon and are payable each half term. Lunch club is £2.50 per session
• Should you have difficulty paying in one go, you need to speak to the Leader or Deputy for an alternative arrangement to be made.  We do operate a system whereby you can pay for your child’s sessions on a weekly basis, but please be aware that you still have to pay for sessions your child misses. NB This also applies to lunchclub fees
• Non payment of fees will result in your child losing their place at playgroup
• A £25 non-refundable retainer fee has to be paid when taking up a place at Rainbow.  This includes a t-shirt with the Rainbow logo on
